Tasting the “Antipasto Misto” with croutons, meats and cheeses with flatbread and warm “polenta”is a must, followed by homemade pasta: ravioli with pumpkin and aged cheese, Tagliatelle with zucchini flowers or meat sauce, gnocchi with duck sauce. More, brochettes and grilled pork ribs, roasted rabbit “alla Cartocetana” and roast beef.
